Thanks for being a meori customer! We hope you love our products, but if you decide you want to return your order here’s how to do it.

When sending back your order, please include the receipt or packing slip within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase. We can only accept returns for items that were purchased on meori.com.

Please return the product in new and unused condition along with its original packaging. Please allow 5-7 days after we receive your return for credit to process.
