Full payment is required at order placement. We accept payment by all major credit cards and checks.
We provide pre-production digital proofs for all custom orders placed. Production does not start until you approve that proof and payment has been received. For $100 we also offer to provide one physical pre-production sample. All orders are subject to current production time.
To make sure that your customization is just right, we will provide a high-quality digital proof or, if you prefer, a pre-production sample for $100 for your approval prior to producing your order. Customization will not start until approval and payment has been received. Once an order has been produced, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. We apologize but we are unable to return customized product.
The minimum order quantity for customization is 50 pieces.
Lead time fluctuates between 4-12 weeks depending on order quantity, available inventory and location of customization. Please contact us for the specific lead time for your project.
For final printing we will need your artwork in .EPS/.AI vector file format with your designated Pantone colors.
