Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry that we did not meet your timing expectations for receiving your orders. In researching this, I notice that you placed two orders during the holiday season and we really appreciate your business. The first order was placed on Nov 24th (Friday) and we shipped it out Nov 27th, the following Monday. It then arrived on Dec 5th, 6 business days later. The second order was placed on Dec 12th, shipped out the next day on Dec 13th and received Dec 21st, also 6 business days later. Both of these orders were placed during the height of the holiday season. We use Fedex ground which is guaranteed to deliver orders within 5-7 business days. I understand that many customers have come to expect that shipments will come in a day or two but only Amazon can deliver that which is why it makes it so hard for small businesses like us to compete. We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and offer the flat rate shipping of $7.95, regardless of the size of order. This does NOT cover our shipping costs with Fedex but we are trying to keep our customers shipping charges to a minimum. Please let us know if I can provide any more information regarding this issue. We are so sorry about this. We sent that package out right away and sent if via Fedex. Fedex is having delays to Hawaii on their end and we are waiting to hear back from them as to exactly what their issue is. In the meantime, we are resending this to you via UPS 2-day at our expense so that you will definitely get it before Christmas!
